HOW TO ACCESS INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SERVICES:

Welcome! We are so glad you are here exploring how to get set up with an Elbow Tree Counselor! 
STEP ONE • Call Elbow Tree at (904) 877-4750 so we can gather some basic information. 

STEP TWO • Elbow Tree team member will call you back within 24-48 hours. 

STEP THREE • You will be scheduled to meet with an Elbow Tree counselor within 10 days. 

​STEP FOUR • Elbow Tree counselor will send you electronic intake documents to complete.

STEP FIVE • You and your counselor will determine together frequency and duration of appointments.
