WHAT IS THE STRIKE TEAM?

The Strike Team is a dedicated mobile team of licensed counselors who are available to provide assistance upon explicit request from county leadership. 

Examples of Previous Responses:

• Therapy accessibility within 60-90 minutes (virtually or in person). 
• Report of suicidal or homicidal ideation consultation. 
• Line of duty death support.
• Critical incident debriefs and diffusing.
• Mediation and conflict resolution

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU CALL:

Call 904.877.4750 and you will be asked, "Is this urgent?" Answer, "YES." 

• Our team will receive ten calls with ten rings each to alert our Strike Team of your call. 
• Our team reaches back out to caller within 5-10 minutes to gather more information. 
• Our team determines if it is within our scope of practice for a team member will be deployed.
