PAM MCCORMICK • Daughter & Sibling of L.A. Firefighters

Pam grew up outside Los Angeles the daughter of a Captain in the Los Angeles Fire Department and her brother currently serves with L.A. Fire. More recently, she's lived overseas on the north coast of Haiti for 13 years and has seen firsthand the tragedy of childhood trauma and abuse. Pam serves on our counseling team at Elbow Tree as an EMDR therapist, and brings a unique perspective to her work with first responders. 

When she's not seeing clients, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and four kiddos.  She loves the simple pleasures in life - early morning stillness, curling up with a good book on a rainy day, a warm meal, a long run, quiet in nature, a hot cup of coffee, sunrises and sunsets, the feel of sand between her toes, and the smell of ocean air.
